You’re kidding

Click the type of recording, and it displays a star over your selection.
Try to record something — all you see is the star over your selection.
Puts an icon in the menu bar …
Finally found out where it puts the recordings
Won’t play them back (have to use something else)

Bad user interface. Looking for something that doesn’t require so much detective work.
